Average risk (no risk factors) begin screening age 50
Previous unremakable colonoscopy or single small polyp without high grade dysplasia 5 yearly
multiple adenomas or other significant polyp: 3 years
Ulcerative colitis or colnic Crohn's disease >10 years colonoscopy every 2 years
Family history of bowel cancer before age 50 : 10 to 15 years before affected persons age at diagnosis
Hereditary bowel cancer syndrome: generally yearly, but check with doctor
Other circumstanances will be advised by your gastroenterologist
